Sockets Inc. develop and provide the data services such as related to data providing, recommendation system, data analytics, and emotional AI to achieve "connecting people and culture".

1. Collection, use and supplying personal information

We will only collect, use, and supply your personal information and our employee’s personal information, by appropriate and fair means. We will not use your personal information and our employee’s personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use that we have previously specified, unless you give your prior consent.

In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable procedures, physically, electronically, and managerially, to safeguard and secure the information.

We may collect person profile information of artists and famous people by crawling various websites.

Names, reading characters, English name, occupation, instrument, sex, hometown, blood type, representative works, related information, and others.

Below is about how we respond to request for disclosure and others which includes; (1) disclosure request, (2) request to notify purpose of use, (3)request to amend, (4) request to add, (5) request to delete, (6)request to erase, (7)request for not using nor providing to third parties.

1. Where to request disclosure and others.

Please send request document for personal information disclosure with required documents. When sending to us, please send by ways which the delivery would be recorded, such as registered mail.
Please write in red “Request for personal information disclosure” on envelope.

2. Document of requesting for disclosure and others

Please send the personal information disclosure document fully written.

3. Identity confirmation

We will collate by telephone for identifying person of request for disclosure. If we cannot collate by telephone, we may ask you for copy of driver’s license, resident card, or health insurance card.
※Please black out legal domicile of the copies.

4. Request of disclosure and others from representative

When entrusting the request of disclosure and others to a representative, please attach the documents below with the disclosure request document.
(1)Document(copy) for identifying representative
Any of driver’s license, resident card, or health insurance card.
※Please black out legal domicile of the copies.
(2)Proxy　(It should need to be sealed by the principal and please attach seal impression registration document of the seal. When the representative is legal representative such as parents, documents which shows the relation between the principal would be enough without proxy.)

5. Fee charged for requesting disclosure and notification of purpose of use

When requesting disclosure and notification of purpose of use of personal information, we charge you 1050 yen (tax included) by one request.
Fees needed for purchase is charged on you.
When the fee does not fulfill the requirement, nor it is not send with the document, we cannot disclosure nor notify the purpose of use.

6. How we respond to requesting for disclosure and others

We respond by document to the address written in the requirement document.
